I too have that problem and the daily prizes also and having the same problem with Merge Academy.  Please give us our prizes.  This has been going on for at least a month.

I am not receiving my free crates either and when this is fixed I Would like to receive my crates in a bubble so that I got them please

I am having the same exact problem.  I have refreshed the program, I have closed the browser, I have tried everything I can think of and still have not received the extra crates from the constellations.  I am using Chrome browser.
