fraudulent charges of pogo gems

I got charged twice for Pogo.com The first charge for $39.99 was JULY 15, 2014 by CS.POGO.COM 8665435435 CA07/15 . So again today I get chagred again $39.99 for POS DEBIT CS.POGO.COM POGO REDWOOD CITY CA. I WANT A REFUN NOW FOR THESE UNLAWFUL CHARGES! I WILL REPORT YOU IF I DON'T RECIEVE MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY!     the same thing happened to me. For many wekks I've tried to get anyone to help with this terrible problem, but didn't get anywhere.

    How do I open a new case? I've gone round & round the EA help pages, but there's nothing up there for Pogo Gems.  They charged me 3 times the amount they should have. I've had cases open before that are now closed
