Friends and Chat not working

SAME ISSUE.

This is not acceptable.  No matter what status we are in ( and that should also not be admittable access to all viewers when we have an issue), that has no bearing on what our problem is and that needs to be fixed also.  No friends list, no chat options, no nothing.  Refresh.  All that does is boot us back to oblivion!  Internal Server errors keep coming up.  So replace/fix, or reboot that internal server.  Am I right?  Pogo, you need to hire service techs that are with the program and not against us paid players.  This is so ridiculous and are u not embarrassed that this happens, most times a weekend?  or is there another lie u r not telling us, being hacked and have not euff security imposed to stop this.  

And who else agrees?  This is a technical issue by all their service techs and not having security protocols in place to prevent this!  

Please give us an update on when we can access games and chat as soon as possible.  Thank you.
