Hey!Trying to play Pogo Slots Nile's Purramid and the game will not fully load. I've attached an image of the screen to help identify the problem. The sound is playing but all you hear is a constant spinning sound and then everything locks up and you have to either close out completely of select the homme icon to return to the Pogo Home. I've searched the forums and tried all the suggestions to no avail. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!!!

I have done all the troubleshooting steps, it's the same if I play in edge or chrome. I've tried on my ipad, nothing. I definitely have a computer that can handle pogo games. My router is updated, my systems are updated. I can play the other one fine but this is the one that I have the bonus items one (like the wild and whatnot). It sounds like it's playing but it won't let me click any buttons. If I let it run long enough, I get this screen. I'm not sure what else to do.

This exact thing is happening to me as well! I'd like to get these event badges done but it just won't start

I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I've even tried going to another networked locations and used a couple different computers and browsers with same results. I can play the Pogo Slots Grant's Garden without any problems and Nile's Purramid completely locks up and all you can hear is the spin sound. I've attached a screenshot and there is no graphics in the slot fields.

I hate that we're paying for something we can't use and you've had this issue for a month. I've tried playing around with my anti-virus to make sure pogo was exempted for being blocked. This is wild.

Hello! It appears that your game is not fully loading. Would you mind taking a few moments to try these troubleshooting steps to see if this will help resolve the issue?
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

So this is my system and all drivers/updates are current. My usual browser is Chrome. However, I've tried Firefox, my mobile device and another laptop. Unfortunately, all with the same result...FROZEN.
Verified there are no issues with the CPU/RAM usage and the hardware meets minimum requirements. The Router recycling was the only item you listed that I had not attempted to try. I have since recycled the router and still have this problem. The weird thing is that the Grant's Garden works perfectly.

Is anyone going to get back to me on this issue? I've attempted to play Pogo Slots Nile's Purramid on several different computers outside of my network and inside of my network. Not sure why I pay for something that is apparently not supported! Will someone please take a look into this issue and get back to me with some form of an update?
