Friends list is missing

When I logged into Pogo this morning my friends list was completely missing and it showed I had 0 out of 0 friends, however I have over 75 friends on my list and approximately 25 on my blocked list which isn't showing either. When I go into a game room and click on chat, all I get is a large black screen where chat should be and a large white circle thing like it's trying to load but never does, then asks me to refresh which I've done several times to no avail. I have cleared my cache and browser history, re-booted my router, shut down and disconnected my computer completely, tried a different browser and nothing worked. I have tried going into the forums to see if anyone there had a solution but only got the 502 BAD GATEWAY.

I even tried to go in and add a friend who I knew their complete screen name, by clicking on view all friends and typing in my friend's screen name in the Search for Pogo Players but got this message. Internal Server Error: Looks like something broke in our servers. Please refresh the page or try again later. This same thing has happened to a few of my friends in the past, but they were able to get into chat and re-add some of their friends which unfortunately I cannot do. Please look into this matter for me and correct this issue.  

I have no issue with playing any of the games all games load fine, it's just with friends list and chat.

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    If this continues, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...
