game glitches

2 items:  first, on Crossword Cove, the "Are you still playing" screen keeps popping up even while I'm playing the game and I'm not taking any breaks.   Its even popped up right in the middle of typing in a word.   Then I have to clear that screen and click on the square I'm currently in to continue to play the game.   Very Annoying and time consuming.

Second.   In Trizzle, supposed to get 5 dolls in a move 250 times.   Have played 4 and have been credited with 10, even though on one of the games I got at least 10 sets of 5 dolls in the game.  I'm getting cheated big time on the number of sets completed in the games.
