Poker Town "Pop-Up message"
For a couple of days, when a game ends, I will click on the tab entitled "SEASON" (especially if I see an exclamation point), but every time a message pops-up that says "Unfortunately the progress on your game could not be saved. Would you like to try again?" It does not help to click on the message as it will pop-up again I tried fixing the problem by exiting the game and exiting the website. it did not fix the problem. Secondly, I tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cached data. Again, this action did not resolve the problem. What will resolve this situation? cgal3825Matching Moments not giving prizes
The last two prizes I've earned haven't been applied to my totals when I click "Claim." One was a boxing glove and one was 200 coins. A couple days ago, when there were no matches left, the game froze and didn't move the symbols to keep playing, but that seems to have resolved itself after rebooting.Lucky Cat Bingo prize cat not awarded

Clicked on Claim Prize, message appeared stating event tokens were converted to game tokens. When I visited the Cat Haven to fetch the cat awarded from the event, I was disappointed to see the cat was not unlocked. I've won several special event cats from previous events and never had this issue. What Level is Freezing: Not applicable. Troubleshooting Steps Completed: Exited game and closed browser. Launched browser, opened Pogo, launched Lucky Cat Bingo. Same results as before, the prize cat was not unlocked.Merge Academy Energy
Merge Academy is not crediting energy I have earned through the March free Fidelis the Pyrenees rewards and the daily check-in rewards. I am missing 90 energy that has not been credited. I think it credited the coins from rewards (10?) but not sure, as I was specifically looking for the energy credits. I know there are other players on the troubleshooting forum who didn't receive their coins and no one from EA has addressed this on the forum post. I play on PC using Firefox (latest version, whatever that number is). Thank you for fixing the issue.
