Game seems to be locked but I don't know why. Can't find a way to get help

Can you explain "locked out" a little more? What happens when you try to play?

Last week I played one game (the daily challenge was to win three games). When I clicked on continue it displayed a lock in the lower right hand corner where it tells you what level you're on. It's as if it were only for paid members.  Today's challenge is to match 20 flower tiles and it was again locked.  I've played Mahjong Sanctuary for a very long time, but this just happened recently.  I don't know how to get a screen shot to show you what I'm referring to.

Everytime I try to log in it tells me that I am expired.
