Solved

Games lagging after last update.

Ever since the last pogo update the cards in Solitaire Blitz are lagging quite badly. Crossword cove is also lagging but not as bad.  Any ideas on how to fix this.  I am playing on an iPad.

    Hey there, @tongue459.

    I wanted to confirm that the Pogo team is aware of an issue with many Pogo games on iOS 14, and are working to resolve it for each game as soon as they can.

Hey there, @PatrolfNH.

I have an update from the Pogo team and we'd like to try a few things.

First, in Edge, can you turn on your hardware acceleration? Instructions will be the last section in the HTML5 troubleshooting.

Once you've turned on your hardware acceleration, can you make a GPU report from your Microsoft Edge? To do that, go to edge://gpu/ and copy the information to clipboard using the button at the top. From there, paste it into a Notepad file, save, and attach it to a reply post here on the forums. From there, I'll be happy to take a look.

    Thanks so much for the information! It looks like hardware acceleration is unavailable, which means certain features of the browser are disabled at the moment. Can you try updating your computer's drivers? It can help resolve this issue.

    I saw a post on FB about issues in Chrome & Edge. It said to update the drivers, which I did, and it seems to have worked. Thanks for all your help.

    Can you help me?? I am beyond frustrated. I have cleared cache, upated drivers...I think .(.because "devmgmt" didn't work, so I went into Device from settings. Restarted my computer and closed all apps, I tried Firefox, and a few games work, but not all, especially my fav Cookie Connect. I toggled acceleration and didn't work on either. Attached my GPU report. THANK YOU!

    Hey there, @mi09kj62.

    Thanks so much for the GPU report! It does look like you still have some drivers out of date there that Windows may not have picked up on, as this was listed as part of the report:

    8.17.10.* AMD drivers are buggy: 298968, 1069262
