Solved

games will not load

Mostly all my pogo games will not load. what do I do

    Hey there, @Axs2816Sxa4617.

    I'll be happy to look into it. Does it stop loading at a certain percentage, or does it just come up blank?

    One thing you can try is our HTML5 troubleshooting. Could you run through that and let me know how it goes for you?

    Hey there, @barbthebaker11Rx. Let's see if we can get you back into the games.

    To help with troubleshooting, are the games you're having trouble with Flash games or HD / HTML5 games? Do you have some example games that you're having trouble loading into?
