Garden Blast Premium Pass

 The game is not showing the purchase of the Sprout pass premium. My gem account was charged.

    Hi Folks,

    Thanks so much for replying with the information I asked for. I've included it in my report, and I'll update this thread as soon as I have any available updates. 

    I spotted a few posts looking to reach out to our support team, but they were hitting a wall. To help, I've popped together a guide that shares the steps. Follow those steps, and you'll be able to contact our support team for help with Pogo issues:

I appreciate the new challenge in Garden Blast.  What I do not appreciate in the past two times I have paid the 190 gems(three times) to get the extra challenge part of it.  The first time the challenge for me ended after one day(then I guess it started up again so bought it again).  Now the second time I have received the badge but it seems like I have to pay another 190 to enter the challenges.  Can you please return my gems if I am not able to receive the bonuses that I paid for.  Will not be entering this challenge again.  Can you also include the permanent rules on how to beat the frog and honey pots would be helpful.

I paid 3x190 this month for the Garden Pass premium activation. Contacting EA or Pogo about a refund seems very challenging.
