Mahjong Sanctuary points/feathers going down for no reason...?!?
I've been playing a lot of Mahjong Sanctuary for the Game of the Month and today's daily challenges, and (although I'm earning the 'feathers' and stars for each round correctly) I have used feathers to purchase booster features like 'add slot', purchasing 10 packs for using during gameplay. HOWEVER, every time I use one of the booster features I've already purchased, my balance of feathers is reducing as though I am purchasing a new booster each time, even though I have a balance of the boosters (which is still being deducted every time I click to use them - sometimes by more than one). The cost of purchasing a single booster is a lot more than the number of feathers you're able to win per level, so the only way to get enough feathers is to purchase them using gems. I've been a yearly subscribed paying Club member since the early 2000s, and seriously, with things like the unachievable Daily tasks introduced in Farm Merge Valley unless you buy extra boosts with gems, and the same pattern across games like Solitaire Home story, Matching Moments, Merge Academy, etc etc etc... Pogo is really starting to feel like a big cash grab, where PAYING members are having to pay again and again (for gems) just to play our favourite games!!!Merge Academy is experiencing Lagging and Not Saving after New Features Added
Merge Academy has gotten very glitchy. The graphics are jumpy. It's sometimes eating items and not merging them. Every bonus choice selection is now saying "we are processing your purchase". And it's taking three times as long to collect the bonuses at the beginning. This processing message only used to happen once in a blue moon. I hope this is not is permanent state. (Up to date Android tablet thru Firefox)Farm Valley Merge
I'm not getting credit for completing order in Farm Valley Merge to qualify for getting cards. I appears the only time the credit is given is when the game is still open when the order is completed. I close the game because I don't have anymore crates to continue with the game. Then I open the game back up an hour or so later and there are orders completed. I am not getting credit for these orders for some reason. We should be able to earn crystals rather than having to purchase them. Other forums that have this game gives the player opportunities to earn crystals. It's impossible to purchase the premium land unless you use gems.
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
