Merge Academy - reduction of coins
As of yesterday (12/10/25), or at least the day before...I had well over 800+ coins in my purse. It took me months to build up to that amount. Suddenly, as of today (12/11/ 25), my coins dropped to 297... yet I bought nothing with them. I was reserving them to open shelves in the dresser/cabinet. I have been a club pogo member since 2011. I have dealt with the many pogo problems that seem to happen along the way, but I don't think I should have to deal with being completely blocked out of the Christmas event in Solitaire Home Story. I posted a complaint yesterday on EA and I still have not received a reply. This is the second time this has happened to me. I missed out on the summer event also because it failed to ever start. In the Sports Tailgate Party Bingo Jam event, one of the challenges is obtaining candy swirls in Sweet Tooth Town. We are forced to play in sweet play mode or the swirls don't count. The game freezes which it has done for quite some time but to play in this mode, it's constant which is ridiculous and prevents us from obtaining the rewards. A lot of members are complaining. This problem happens no matter what device I use. A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two.
