Merge Academy
Found the chest in the mermaid bonus and got nothing but a time reducer... the game is lagging. The items are stacking on top of each other on the grid and then I lose them. I keep losing merged items. I bought one of your special offers and the items became translucent and disappeared. Whatever you did to the game, you ruined it. I'll never get back those gems I spend on energy to get the chest in the mermaid level. Crazy you launch all these things into games to get more money from us without fully testing the bugs.Lost Coins in Tile Hero
I posted 11 days ago, but titled it with the wrong game. Anyway, I spent 1800 coins in tile hero and I didn't get my powerups. Today the same thing happened. It took 700 coins for a powerup and got a popup that says it didn't sync, and took my coins, gave me the powerups (3). I used 1 powerup and got a message that it didn't work, but it did. I won my game and it said it couldn't sync player. and when i went into the next game the other 2 powerups were gone. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done.Tile Hero Issue
Tile hero game is stuck on the chapter with the girl with the baby. Says "Spend stars to complete tasks. Try it out". When I click on the star where the arrow is pointing to, nothing happens. The back arrow doesn't work either. Shows that I am on chapter 17 in the lower right hand corner, but nothing works on this page. Not sure how to play the game when I can't get into the screen to allow me to play it. I've cleared my cache/cookies, tried Chrome, Foxfire and Edge. Same result. I've got Windows 11. Please fix this issue. It has been happening for 6 days.Solitaire Home Story Pet Parade Season Pass Took the Gems, Now NOT Activated
Yesterday, I purchased 120 gems to scrape up the 150 gems to get the Pet Parage Season Pass. The page took and confirmed the 150 gems. I got a series of extra rewards, including 3 spins of the wheel. About 4 hours later went back to play some more, and the Season Pass is no longer activated. Opened an issue with customer service. Referred to the "Appropriate Team to correct the issue." All I could get out of them was to restart the computer, clear the cache, etc. Went through 7 emails and got NO HELP whatsoever. Still have the issue. I am out 150 gems for nothing, and NOBODY in customer service will do anything but report it to the "Appropriate Team to correct the issue." Twice. Still nothing. Still not working. Not only that, the game reset to the moment I made the purchase, so I lost several levels of successful completion. This is one of the games where players are constantly pushed to buy, buy, buy. It is not cool to not get what you buy when that happens!!Merge Academy- whats going on?
Anyone else having issues with Merge? Since they decided to add offers to purchase items in Merge its has been lagging and now the last 2 days when I play it will reset the entire game. No longer plays on the ipad. I am so upset about this - I have tried different browsers and have cleared everything.
