Tile Hero Lives Countdown Resetting
I was playing Tile Hero and ran out of lives. The countdown said I had about 6 minutes until I got another life (heart?). So I clicked out of it. I came back a few minutes later and I did not have any lives and the countdown now said I had 25 minutes until I get another one. Countdown clock seems to be resetting without gaining any lives. Help!Bug Report: Ads appearing over the top of games blocking gameplay.
This is not isolated to one game. Every game I have tried today has had the same problem. Screenshots included. The ads appear to be breaking their frames. They are appearing over the top of the games and interfering with gameplay. Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. At the beginning of the event the game glitched and I had completed the pottery wheel but then when I came back in it was gone and I ended up with a second backpack. I continued playing hoping eventually I'd get the pieces of the pottery wheel but never did and ended up stuck at the 3rd customer request for the entirety of the game. These side quests keep glitching and it's becoming a real problem.
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
