Garden Blast Quest
Once again I was on the precipice of winning the quest and got kicked out. I was not in an active level, I was on the main quest page. The reload screen popped it, and when it refreshed, I got the message that I had failed the quest, even though I wasn't playing. I am having a problem with card scramble. It has not worked since it 1st came out. i played it till it said goodbye to joey and was suppose to move on to the 1st chapter but it wont let me. I have contacted EA through chat at least 1 times and they cannot fix it. they keep telling me to go through a series of steps but it doesnt work. I have tried playing the game on firefox, chrome, microsoft edge and even on my android phone. it will not let me play. it saying i need more stars (i have none and need 1) but it wont let me play to get a star. this has been going on since june 24th since the game 1st came out and its not being addressed. Clicks through and gives you a checkmsrk but shows zero powerups when you go back to the game. The fist time I tried it I wasn't paying complete attention so i figured i hit cancel or something else....second time I was very careful ans verified the ADDED Checkmark then went to see if the pu's were there in the game game. NO. Then I wanted to see if it was taking my gems. YES bALANCE WENT DOWN BUT STILL NO PU'S, BTW 2h3n you fix this, I DO NOT want three ets of the pu's, I tried to buy one set so i'll take those,, b rctions, Thank hou for your time e shoing in myh gems transaThey at I want the rest ofand consideration in this mattermy gems back.TRIZZLE issues
I have had issues with Trizzle for MONTHS. I have tried emptying cache. I've uni stalled and reloaded pogo. On my tablet one I make the first match it freezes forever. On my phone it takes 14 seconds to move on from a match. It makes this game frustrating, I can't get badges etc and I used to like this simple game. I tried looking up how to fix and I've tried contacting pogo through my account. I play on chrome on my android phone and tablet. Both Samsungs.Slow and Freezing Games
My games are slow to load, challenges will not work, and when I click on things they just sit there. The games used to load quickly and I could do my daily challenges. I have cleared my browser cache, my computer and browser, Firefox, are up to date, and my computer is hooked up to an ethernet cord. What's going on?Merge Academy Crate of Apples Still Not Working
I have tried posting on all the forums. Is there any email address or someone we can contact about technical support? This is crazy that a paid subscription has Zero Tech Support. My crate of apples will not spawn any fruit. I have tried different browsers and different devices. I have done everything I can on my end. Someone from Pogo needs to check from their end. 3 of the 4 orders I need to complete require some form of apples. I'm almost at a standstill in the game.
