Monopoly Sudoku
My Monopoly Sudoku has been stuck for almost a year and I can't seem to get anyone to pay attention to my complaint. I have bought all the houses and hotels for my current level but the number of stars did not add up correctly and I cannot progress to the next level. Anytime we have a badge in there I have to play and not get any credit for progress. I can win the badges but I would like to go forward. 3 times I have filed tickets and all three times I get a message that the problem is fixed. Well it is not fixed. Please don't come back and tell me that I need to empty cookies, and all the usual restarts etc as I bought a brand new computer that upgraded to Windows 11 and had no cookies to empty etc. but the Monopoly was still stuck.
Solitaire Home Story
I can change furniture/decor only in the bedroom but not in the other rooms in Area 1. This has been occurring since April. I use Chrome browser on my laptop. I have also tried Firefox browser but I have the same issue with this one, as well. I added the screenshots below. The icons to click on for changing furniture/decor are missing in all but one room. There are a few icons available near the front porch but they were only recently added.New issue with Solitaire Home Story
I keep getting the gray screen with the face on it and I keep getting booted from the game after I finish playing a game in Solitaire Home Story. This is a new Post. Please see the attachment. This has been ongoing for quite some time. I'm using an Android Moto phone and I'm using Chrome for playing games on Pogo. I have cleared and rebooted my device but I still have the same issue. Solitaire Home Story keeps shutting down and booting me out of the game multiple times today. The game starts, then the in-game starts, and then I get the gray box with the face on it(see attached files). I have cleared and rebooted my Android Moto phone several times but still getting booted out of the game. I use Google Chrome. Please look into the issues and fix them. In Wheel of Fortune Pogo Addition there's something wrong with the Tournament. It's not available to play that, because "Tournament Over" and "Starting Soon". I have cleared the cache on my phone and restarted it but I got the same messages. Please look into the issue and fix it . Thank you.Merge Academy
Why is it, that at least monthly there is a major issue with Merge Academy, I spend a boat load of my REAL money on gems to be able to play when my energy is gone, which frankly is sooooo wrong, I already have a subscription where I should be allowed to play as much as I want!! But every time I post a complaint, like being ROBBED of my energy, NOBODY ever gets back to me, my energy is never returned, nor my gems. And now I see I have been automatically charged for a full other year of club pogo, and for what? So you can STEAL more money! I am contacting the FCC about this matter TODAY! so you greedy people can deal with them from now on.Mahjong Gardens
The game will sometimes let me click on two tiles but it won't match them. Just freezes the space. It can happen any time during the start or several tiles into it. I generally have to restart each game at least 5 times before it will work properly. Very fruststrating. Anyone else having this problem?
