garden blast

on sept 11th,, at around 9:30 pm,  i achieved level 390 in garden blast , i had to buy another 5 turns to do it ..but i didn't get credit for winning,, and i can't seem to move on to level 391 . it still says level 390.. and i can't even do the 2 day challenge that was issued yesterday for garden blast?

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screename:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    Tried everything and garden blast level 329 have played for 2 months and can not get out of the game and now any challenges for winning that game is impossible and frustrated as i played 23 of the challenges and now i can't get the garden blast win to finish the challenge. I am considering to cancel my Pogo account as it is getting very boring and frustrating with your challenged games. Time for you to get newer and better games to play

    We should be able to restart from the beginning as winning 20 games etc can not be achieved any other way I am on 329

    I have been stuck in Garden Blast level 329 for several months now. It is now November's Game of the Month and I will not be able to earn the badge that goes with completing the challenge. I'm very frustrated with the lack of progress in the game. It needs to be like Mahjong Sanctuary where you can replay levels you have already completed so that players can participate in the challenges.

    I totally agree with you.  I dislike this game very much.  It is too hard and I can't complete events when this game is part of the event/challenge.!  Also, it costs too expensive to buy extras to complete the game.

    I totally agree, by far the most expensive and totally unforgiving game. Truely hate it.

    YES I AM GETTING NO CREDITS FOR ANY LEVEL I HAD TO  Purchase.100 CREDITS COST ALMOST 20 GEMS WAY TO MUCH AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO AND WHY CANT WE SEE OR GOING BACK TO OTHER LEVELS THIS GAME WOULD BE FUN IF YOU WERE TO GIVE WHAT WE DESERVE
