Pogo slots

Pogo slots Will not load on PC laptop or phone

still can't play pogo slots on my computer  and i pad since last tuesday my husband is able to play on his lap top still not fixed

What can we do about this?

I go onto Pogo Slots daily to collect the coins.  I have been unable to load the game for at least four days.  I've written on the forum and also chatted with EA tech support.  Their advice was to reboot my WIFI? Use my phone as a hotspot...Really??

All other games within Pogo, for me are fine, they load and work perfectly, so that doesn't make sense! 

I cannot load Pogo Slots on my iPad or computer in Safari, Chrome or Firefox.  I am not the only one with this issue.

Please, would someone look into this issue?

I haven’t been able to load this game for days on all my devices…I set up a case thru chat but didn’t get anywhere…doesn’t help when pogo sets up this fairy tale ball ending March 5 with 4 challenges thst we can’t get to?
