What a joke....this game hasn`t worked right since day one...and now they do a survey? This site is beyond a joke now. Total indifference from so called "support". Zero updates ,Zero response .If Pogo/EA carries on like this it`ll be zero members.
What's also sad is Pogo acknowledged the issue almost a month ago and still nothing. The survey was pathetic. How often do you play? That's it. No comments allowed; nothing. And even though they are aware of the problem, they still continue to offer game challenges. For those of us who haven't been able to play since it was launched we've lost out on almost 3,000 pogis. Will Pogo give them to us? Not a chance. I totally agree with you, if the site continues in this manner no one will want to renew their membership.
