Getting a black when trying to load Mahjong Garden

Have been trying to play Mahjong Garden for a couple of days, but it will not load - shows a black screen. What is going on?

have you tried to delete yor cookies and/or turn off your Adblocker?

I emptied my pogo and EA cache and still only getting a black screen. Happening with all games.
