Happy Holidays Celebration Event - vis-a-vis the Solitaire Home Story issues

Like many I am having issues with Solitaire Home Story and have been for over a month.  Across any browser on any device even after checking system requirements and performing all troubleshooting.  So this has led me to be stuck on the Solitaire Home Story Badge (no. 6) in this event.  

I guess this is more of a whinge than anything as I've given up finding anywhere to message EA or Pogo Directly.  I just like doing badges, it's one of the reasons I've stayed at pogo for over a decade.  First world problems, I know, but it's just frustrating I am not able to move on to any of the later challenges.  

Moan over.

    Merge Academy Game on POGO is loading to 99% and not loading completely to play the game. Day 5 now of not loading completely.

    Solitaire Home Story has recently started looping backward for me.  Yesterday I lost 8 levels, a completed set of daily tasks and the 3 pre-level jokers that I had been awarded, as well as coins.  When will the SHS issues be addressed or fixed?  I'm not playing anymore until this game works properly.

    @abc564740338 Hey there, sorry to hear you're running into the issues with Solitaire Home Story, I completely understand the frustration.

    The team are aware of the issues and are actively investigating the problem, sadly I don't have any further updates just yet but once I do I will post it here on the forum.

    Truly appreciate you popping in here to let us know and to give your feedback.

    Having a hard time getting to play solitaire home story. It won’t load up since it has changed to the Christmas theme.then it crashes.

    I have not been able to access Solitaire Home Story for 3 weeks or more on my iPad. Any suggestions as to what the glitch is! I have shut my iPad down completely and cleaned my cache files. That did not help. Help?
