Cannot get Home Story Solitaire to load. Been trying for three days. Anyone else having problems. This game is one of my favorites and still nothing but a black screen. Getting rather tired of it. Haven't been able to play any of the challenges.
I have been having problems for months and have reached out sent emails tried live chat and nobody has done anything to help or even respond to me both times solitare quit working the first time being October and the second in December I had purchased the pass for the events that were happening at the time in there and needless to say I lost the gems because I haven’t been able to play very discouraging especially since I’ve been a paying member for so long FIX SOLITARE HOME STORY also matching moments is doing the same thing as well and both games have been a part of the events that we can not finish due to the games not working
I have a lot of trouble with it, as well, and it seems to be getting worse.
