How do you contact EA to speak to a person?

I need to speak to someone about my membership renewal I am not a newbie. I’ve been a member since 2008. I’ve had automatic renewal. The computer used an old charge card instead of the newer one on file. The only notice I received went to SPAM. Over the years the month of renewal has changed $ I have received additional benefits when renewing. What is a number I can call & speak to someone. My user name is just jKoptowsky. My e-m is [edit: email address removed].

    Did you switch cards during the renewal process or forget to add the new one? Normally it only charges what is active on the account. During my years with Pogo, I have changed cards a few times (they expire) and it only charged the credit card that was stored with my account. 

    So, when you say "old" does that mean expired? Did it charge the "old card" upon renewal or was it rejected?

    If the charge didn't go through, have you tried to reactivate your account with your new card?

    This happens when your email account does not recognize the senders email address, you must save their email address to your contacts to prevent it from going into your spam and/or mark it not spam. Pogo/EA have no control over this.

    Upon each year of renewal, we receive "Free Month + Free Gems with annual subscription auto-renewal". So yes, every year the month is going to change as long as you are enrolled. They send an email a few weeks before your account is up for renewal to alert you.

    If you cannot reactive your account with your new card, then you will need to speak with customer service.

    I need to speak to or chat with someone at EA sports & don't know how to contact them. I went to purchase gems & it didn't recognize my card or security code on the back. I tried 4 times & each time it charged my card a 1.00. I know that may not seem like a lot but I am on a very fixed income. I need help to talk to someone.

    Hello! 

    Many companies use a small charge like $1 to verify your credit card. This is a common practice when you first add a payment method or before making a larger purchase. The $1 charge is temporary and should disappear within a few days.
