I continue to be unable to play Solitaire Blitz

As I said in September, I use an iPad. It is updated and doesn’t make any difference whether I use Safari or Chrome. I had a friend try it on her systems, both the desktop (Win 10) and her iPad. All are updated. Caches were cleared. Makes no difference. My friend can play the game on both of her machines when she is signed on in her user name. But when she signs on with my user name, the game will not work. There is no error message. It starts to load and never finishes.

As I said in the original post, it makes no difference if I play on my iPad or on the desktop (Win 10). All systems are updated and caches cleared.There is no error message; the game progresses to where it says it is loading and stops progressing.I have had a good friend try it. She can play the game on her iPad and her desktop with no trouble. However, if she signs on with my username neither works. I believe this issue is somehow connected to my username. At one time I was able to play this game and liked it. I don’t wish to change username but would if my badges, gems, etc could be transferred to the new name.
