I keep choosing the Farm Valley supply chests hoping that the bug is fixed and I am disappointed every time. Is this ever going to be ADDRESSED, or FIXED? I bought the Pogi Pass because I wanted more bonuses, but I'm so frustrated by the lack of any information I can find on Pogo about never getting the supply chests when we choose them as a reward. Has ANYONE heard anything from EA or Pogo?
I am having the same problem and mine has not been fixed.
I must amend my statement above! When I went back to the game the 30 crates had appeared! My apologies pogo!
i am also out 30 crates today. Have not heard anything about the 300 crates never received when this issue was brought up a few constellations ago. The issue was fixed finally but never did receive compensation for missing items. Now it seems it is rearing its ugly head again.
I meant to say supply CRATES, not chests
