I finished quite a few cities for World Class Solitaire, but it keeps making me

I finished quite a few cities for World Class Solitaire, but it keeps making me redo them if I close out the game to do something else. WHY?   I will NOT be renewing my club Pogo subscription.

    Does not go past the last passport filled.  You have to keep playing the same passport over and over.  Does not give you any update to a new passport.
