I need to talk to someone

I need to talk to someone about a case I put in for canasta about a week ago and told you that I am losing gems and losing games like it was water. they tell me that it is fixed but I do not see any improvement at all still losing gems and games I really think it is the dealer, 99.9% of the games it is a one-sided game and that means if they are ahead of me in points they winI do and be damned if I don't. I don't mind losing but every but every game it is frustrayting. the only thing is that   you were going to give me my gems back to me. I do not understand why I CAN'T WIN!!  i WAS UP TO 800 NOW BACK DOWN TO 600 WHAT IN THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE AND YES I AM FRUSTRATED

    Hello! I've noticed you posted a few times about your struggles with Canasta, and I would like to express my sympathy for the difficulties you are experiencing.

    From my experience as a Pogo Player myself, the game of Canasta fundamentally operates on a win or lose basis. Regrettably, there are no measures that can be taken at this time regarding enhancing our chances at winning at Canasta. However, feedback is always welcome!

    When playing Canasta, it is important to recognize that whatever suits you may be missing in your hand, your opponent probably has them, i.e. only have one Queen in your hand, it is likely that your opponent holds multiple Queens. Refrain from discarding these until the time is right and don't hesitate to freeze the pile. On occasion when playing the bot, I will discard the same suits as they do and pull the pile when it reaches 11-20.

    Good News 😊 There is an avid Pogo Player who post videos online named TheRJY Pogo, he has posted videos online of playing Canasta and most of the Pogo games. In one of his videos, he stated that he plays 4 player games instead of 2, because he always loses when plays 2 players. So, you are not alone in the stumbling block! Don't forget we also have the option of playing with other players as well to avoid the bot.

    Pogo Gem Loss

    I have not heard of any updates concerning those of us who experienced additional gems being deducted from our accounts during the "Gem Reward Error." The EA Community Manager, EA_Illium, shared a post regarding this matter, which includes further instructions for players:
