HELP

Playing Farm Valley Merge and intended to purchase a rock for 50 coins. Instead, I accidently purchased something for 450 crystals. I panicked and tried to refresh to clear it. Now it has still taken the crystals AND I dont have the item. Is it stored somewhere or do I need to contact someone? THANKS 

I have followed ALL the steps to contact a person or submit ticket BUT, it does NOT show FVM as a game option. Instead of having us read more unhelpful articles or follow unrelated prompts can we just get the actual link?
