I still have not received my renewal gems from September

I have been contacted several times by EA help desk stating they will resolve the issue of not receiving my renewal gems. The last correspondence I received was that there were technical issues and to be patient. I am through being patient and will be mentioning my issue on FB. I am so over the help desk not resolving a simple issue.

    Regrettably here in our forums community we cannot assist with account or purchase issues for privacy reasons. However, I did find something that may help you with your dilemma since you have already contacted EA Help.

    On November 16th, 2022 there was a service announcement made about "any issues renewing your Club Pogo subscription", from Pogo Sconnie and is still posted on the main page of the Pogo forums under Current Issues.

    Games Forums Home | Player Accounts Service Update

    Although this is from 2022, I tested the link in his posting, and it is still active. There is a question that asks: "Please describe the issue you are encountering regarding your subscription renewal?" Try this to see if you can get additional help.
