In Game Purchase Error

Can't make an in game purchase.  Like power ups or shuffles.  Sorry there was a problem completing your purchase.  I've got over 1,000 gems.  Has happened so far in Snowbird Solitaire and Quinn's Aqu...

I received 2000 gems. I did not request any missing gems but the email said I did. Please look into this problem. Thank you.

With the addition of gems, we also received an official email from Pogo_Spike

Other players have reported receiving gems in Pogo Forums as well:

I have not seen an official statement from the Pogo Moderators or Pogo_Sconnie yet, however I will add it to this posting once it appears.
