Inactive Pogo account

Did a chat with a tech support 

In October 2024 tried to retrieve my old pogo account it asked to reset password so I did it ended up creating a new account 

Got frustrated losing my gems and badges so until now I decided to contact support yes there's an inactive account for my old user name and the one the password reset created but the tech support kept giving excuses why he couldn't retrieve the account saying I needed to reset pw which i did that ended up with a new account I did give as much as I could remember 

So is the account truly gone and I have to start over

I think I had a few favorite games marked one of them was first class solitaire and I had quite a few of the badges from that game
