Scrabble loses internet connection

Hi.  For the last two days when I play Scrabble every time I lose connection before the game finishes.  I am not able to reconnect.  Is this an issue with Pogo or is there something wrong with my equipment?  My other devices seem to hold a connection.  Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    A recent patch went out a few days ago (you can read more about it here). While those changes weren't related to Scrabble, they can sometimes lead to temporary syncing issues if the browser or device is still holding onto cached data from before the update. It sounds like this might be the case here, especially as you noticed this isn't happening on your other devices. 

    The good news is that a quick refresh or restart often gets things back on track. Here are a few extra steps you can try to help resync everything: 

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    • Double-check that your browser is up to date
    • Restart your device — that can help clear out any lingering sync issues
    • If possible, try switching browsers just to test (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox work best with Pogo)

     

    If the issue continues, please share a few more details like your browser, device type, any error messages you're seeing, and your Pogo screen name. That’ll help us get a clearer picture.
