[Investigating] Canasta being frozen by player

I'm not sure what the other player is doing, but many times I've been playing a canasta game and the other player seems to not like that I'm winning and they do SOMETHING to make my game freeze up.  ...

    Hey Pogo Players!

    We are currently aware of reports that players are freezing Canasta games. 

    Currently, we are trying to get more information over how this might occur, and what it looks like from your perspective. 

    Anyone running into this issue, can you please share in this thread or private message me photos or videos of how this looks when it happens? As well as any additional details you notice? (like the page re-loading, getting messages, someone saying they're doing it, etc)

    As we look into this I will be sure to share information.

I am getting sick and tired Reporting players for cheating while playing Canasta, when losing they freeze the game and its getting boring now, if your not willing to ban these fools then its time you gave me a refund, not paying to be cheated , also one playre in particular gets very abusive and i know nothign has been done after i reported them as they are still p-laying and abusing people..... Ps you need to go back to the old version much better where oyu can see a players ratings on a table before you play them .....

I don't consider freezing the pile cheating but a smart strategy.  If you don't like the way people play, set up a private and play a robot.  That's what I do for all card games.  I don't like to chat and I don't like someone taking forever to make a play.

    The problem is not freezing the pile, that is not cheating.  Freezing the whole game, is cheating.

    @nqw06bfkp I agree; but since they put the flying stars on scrabble I cannot get canasta or first class solitaire to load. I have gone through each corrective step management has provided in the past to no avail. I also play with bots ONLY because of all the issues some players present. Hey guys just FIX it and go back to the way some games were before all the so called improvements! Jagsfaninjax

    @nqw06bfkp They aren't talking about freezing the pile, they are talking about freezing the GAME completely. Some players know how to stop the clock and then wait for you to get tired of waiting and leave the game. That's cheating.
