And now I am agitated because this technical help location (since I have not been any kind of complainer, and I have been around since before EA took over in late 90s when pogo first started up) is awarding me "badges" from where the technical questions are asked. On this one alone, I have gone from a newbie to a novice. That means over the years I have not asked many questions here. Like I said I had to give up my old pogo name and pick a new one back when everything transitioned. Regardless, I have been a member of EA's Pogo since 2001 and an EA customer since the Bard's Tale (the original in the early 90's). This is unacceptable.
