@EA_Illium we are all getting the same error message and you are just asking this question now? Look over this thread you will see all the issues everyone is having. It's been since the game came out this has been happening, we all would appreciate if you fix it a.s.a.p please. Also is there any time frame when the airport will be open? Most everyone is at a stale mate. If this is as far as this game goes, then it's not very enjoyable once you get to the airport level.

The 'unknown error' message is being seen more and more frequently. I am unable to collect offline rents and now, also unable to collect rents whileonline. Yesterday, my 'reward' for reaching the daily target was 0, rather than the customary 17,250,000.
