Merge Academy (Treasure Trove)
Just won 100 coins doing the treasure Trove. It shows it going to my coins but never got the credit (like I really thought I was gonna get em) This just happened on Thursday 8/14/2025 about 2:07 pm.
This is the 3rd part of collecting items for a prize. 2 days ago it showed I won 50 (lightning boltz) Never go it. Also the same day about a half hour later I won the same thing but also got nothing. This is ridiculous. Every day there is always a problem with something at POGO.
Don't they see the sales from 1 year ago to today & see that their sales are down. Reason... So many people can't buy Gems! When they used the one ones they already had they (WE) lose them. I've had it with POGO. Half thegames can't be played. Quinns Aquarium always freezes at some point during the game. I have not finished 1 game in over 6 months. This new game Card Scramble hasn't fully loaded since the game was released. POGO sends msg's on the site for free game challenge but I can't except as the game won't load.
Last thing I spent hours apon hours chatting with EA (10 to 15 hours) about all the gems I lost from around last October 2024 to around February 2025 chatting about the 100's of coins I bought but never got credit or the GEMS I used in games ( Especially Merge Academy ) you know the coins you used in game that was subtracted but you never got. EA and I figured it was around $25.00 to $30.00 when I first started chatting with them. It is a lot more today but then the error we Now get when we want to purchase GEMS. It is a LOOP where it doesn't allow us to buys them.
I really don't think EA cares about people's problems with POGO.
When I kept going back to chat with EA they say some system is down (always down!) and they can't help till it's up.
What else can I say?
I see so many people comments that it's not worth paying to play pogo b/c of these problems & they give up.
