[Investigating] Monopoly Sudoku - Unknown Error - Losing Money

These error messages are quite frustrating.  To whom to I send a comment.  I have all the  hotels, it will no longer give me credit for "rent", instead I get the message "An unknown error has occurred, please try again".  I get this message every time I end a game.  THEN, after my points are at 2,162,xxx,xxx it immediately drops me down to 1,147,xxx,xxx.  It has done this THREE times.  If that wasn't bad enough, when I am able to fill the chest on the upper left of the screen, it awards me with ZERO credits.  please, please, please fix these issues.  It is quite frustrating.  I don't care that the airport has not even begun to be built, but I do enjoy this game and would like to play without being penalized.  Otherwise take it off POGO.  What the heck!!!
