Jet Set Solitaire

I'm not meaning to Spam. I posted the post below in a thread and then noticed it said "Solved" for some reason.

So I'm posting it here. Rather than retype it, I'm going to just copy/paste it here.

Jet Set loads gets to 100% and the PLAY button shows up. Once clicking "PLAY, nothing happens

This is clearly account specific. If I play as a guest, on the exact same computer, I can play Jet Set. Once I am logged in, I can't

Here is copy/paste of the post,:

I am having a problem with Jet Set, too. since about the beginning of October. It loads all the way until it gets to PLAY. When I press the PLAY button, absolutely nothing happens.

I've reloaded the game dozes of times by now, over the last few days. I usually play in Chrome. However, I tried it in Edge, Pale Moon and Firefox, and it acts the same way. I did also go through each browser and delete cookies/cache/history etc. I re-started my Windows 10 computer, too

I even just tried it on my phone, with the exact same results.

One thing I did notice : On Pale Moon, at the bottom left of the screen, it sort of "tells you what is going on". After I hit play, it blinks over and over between "Sending message to Google Analytics", and something else. (It flashes too fast to see what the other message is. But it looks like it also says something about google analytics.)

I have no issue with any other game. (Of course I don't play every single game, every single day, but this is the only problem I've on the site, at all)

I'd like to work on the challenge in the current event, but can't.

Obviously it's not a site wide problem, since I see many people playing.

Oh, I AM able to open game chat in Jet Set.

I hope you know what is causing this.

    Years ago, regarding a different game, the problem did turn out to be account specific.  I think the Pogo player was finally able to play after some time & trying several different suggestions.  I can't recall all the applicable details but I believe the player had to keep escalating their complaint & it took some time before they eventually had a final successful resolution. I wish everyone here experiencing difficulties the best of luck.  I hope that you'll be able to enjoy your gameplay soon & without too much effort & frustration.
