Jewel Academy doesn’t load

Jewel Academy will not load no matter what I try. I have reloaded, logged out and back in and tried different platforms

    @oz6cjntx37 Are you getting an error message when trying to load the game?

    If you have not can you try going through our HTML5 guide?

@oz6cjntx37 What can I do to resolve this, I have reloaded, logged out & back in & turned phone off waited turned back on & nothing but main game screen. I can log in but game will not start. Thanks
