I’m having issues loading jewel academy

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in) Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) Cheers!

@756de5e70722a2a7 What device are you using? What browser? Sometimes if you are playing through the Pogo app on mobile, you may have to open it in Google Chrome for the game to load.

Same here. Tried everything, tried different browsers, won't load.

it load to 100% which it never did before.
And as always POGO blame on our computers instead fixing the problem

I have been trying now for 10 minutes to get it to load through mobile and through Google Chrome. So far it's gotten to 55%

EDIT: got it to 100% but no play tab... ugh!!!! Please fix this issue, this is one of my favorite games.
