Jewel Academy

Jewel Academy loads then keeps reloading a few times then says problem occurs

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

  • I'm having this problem on my iPad as far as I know it's the only frigging game that isn't working. Would love to know if and when this will be fixed.

    I’ve tried the suggestions and still doesn’t work for me.  
    screen name.  Miszi 

    Ipad 

    safari and edge. 
    Web page crashed
