Same issue here to, this game seems to always have problems when there is a challenge, or a special event game. They need to fix it or stop having it as a challenge. 

Pogo is no longer user friendly, all they care about is collecting fees. Games are not kept up, issues not addressed, contact is a joke. 

Same issue yet again, this game has more bugs than any I have ever seen, always loading problems, but they still keep putting it out in challenges, and adding side event games that can never be finished because of loading issues. there is no support, unless you need help paying fees, they can sure fix that fast.

I have 2 accounts open. I'm being charged twice. I tried to close one of them and it keeps saying password not valid. There is nobody to contact to take care of situation. How do I close accounts if I cannot even get into account? So stupid...

Hello! Here in forums, they are unable to assist us with specific account or payment information due to being a public forum community (just like Pogo Forums on the website). You can contact EA Help by logging in with your Pogo credentials and open a case.

*Please note that when you contact EA Help, they will ask for specific account information for both accounts to verify ownership. Make sure you have all relevant account details ready before reaching out to them.

Totally.  I am having issues with a few games and there is NO way to get help.  They need to give us a way to talk to someone to get the games running properly that we pay for.

Hello! You bring up a very important point!

You're right - and here's why this keeps happening:

When Pogo updates a game or adds new events/challenges, the computer code changes. Your browser has stored the OLD version in cache and cookies to make loading faster. But now your browser is trying to use outdated information to load the NEW version - and they don't match! This causes loading problems, freezes, and crashes.

**This isn't a bug - it's actually your device protecting you.** Your browser caches data to improve performance and save bandwidth. But when games update, that cached data becomes obsolete and blocks the new content from loading properly.

Clear your cache and cookies after any game update, challenge launch, or new event. This forces your browser to download the fresh version instead of trying to use the old, stored ones.

Think of it like this: Pogo moved to a new location, but your GPS still has directions to the old location (yes even for one game). You need to update your GPS (clear cache) to find the new house (updated game).

I know it's frustrating to do this regularly, but it's the nature of browser-based gaming. The games evolve constantly, and our devices need to "forget" the old information to load the new one properly.

The most common and overlooked is:

Outdated graphics driver →Our devices constantly update, and sometimes system updates include Graphics Driver updates, however as gamers we need to check ourselves to verify we have the latest patches.

Outdated or Weak Internet Connection → Even our modems to the internet need cleaning and updating! A device powering on doesn’t mean it’s performing well. Modems and routers are basically tiny computers, and like any computer, they can slow down, glitch, or degrade over time.

Security & Antivirus Blocking, Popup or Browser Extension Blocking and Browser extensions: Can block games from loading, ensure Pogo is on your whitelist (safe). Turn off any pop-up blockers or extensions on your browser.

I totally agree. I’ve been on Pogo since 2003. It now says seasoned newcomer because I took a break. I miss the Classic Pogo too. I can’t ever get an answer from EA. Have you noticed that certain games like Solitaire Home story, Snowbirds are almost impossible to win without purchasing boosters. This get rewards from pogis is hit or miss. I went into Merge Academy for two days without playing to see if my 25 energy would show up. It didn’t and it’s not even the 10th time I didn’t get the rewards I picked. My subscription runs out in May. I won’t be renewing.
