Join a Friend in Canasta or Jungle Gin or any games in new version

I have the same problem.  If this problem is not fixed, I will drop Pogo

I have the same problem friends cant join and neither can I, If this keeps happening I will drop pogo too, I have been a member for many years, what a shame

@l3eckybee79Ri, I am a volunteer and not an EA employee. I don't know the answer to your question, but I can give you instructions on how to talk with an EA adviser any time of day through online chat or phone call back if you would like to try this option. If so, following the steps below.  I know ever since the old Flash and Java games were removed and replaced with HD games, chat with friends during games and finding friends at games has been anything but user friendly.  I agree this needs to be fixed. 

1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page
3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo)
4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc)
5. Select Topic (Game information)
6. Select Issue (Features)
7. Click on blue Select Contact option
8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat.
9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button.
10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button.
11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.

It doesn't help.  Even if the friend is playing with robots, you should still be able to join them.  My friend and I have a password that we use to keep our games private, so we should be able to join each other's games regardless if they are playing with a robot.  Doesn't make sense!!!!  What's the point in having friends if you can't join them in a game.  There is so much wrong with this site, I am from Canada and it costs me over $70 a year to be a member, is it worth it if I can't join/play with friends.  I don't think so.  I have read so many posts from members who are totally dissatisfied with Pogo, yet Pogo refuses to address these issues.  It is very frustrating, you are just taking people's money and doing nothing to make the site more user friendly.  We should all just up and quit that might make them do something about ALL the issues, not just mine.
