Jungle Gin - Cards Not Moving / Unresponsive

Hi Lanna,

Thanks for responding.  My issue is not the cards not moving.  It's all inconsistent.  I just played 2 games with 2 different people successfully.  When I clicked on Play with Humans for the 3rd game, nothing happened and that's mainly been my issue.  If I log out then log back in sometimes I can play 1 game, although yesterday when I was playing I had a gin in my hand but the tiki guy didn't say gin and eventually the other player disconnected or left because there was nothing else I could do.

OMG you think we're talking about forgetting to take a card from the deck?  NO!! When this happens to me, it is more of a game freeze. I am in the middle of a game playing with a live person, and all of a sudden there is only one card on the page and it is frozen. This happens about once per month to me. I finally leave the game and then am penalized for leaving the game! (with points).  It is maddening. And you tell us to just grab a card when it's our turn. OMG....that is ridiculous. We are not idiots.

are they going to fix the problem in jungle gin..its not because were not trying to move our cards too early or whatever..just excuses

The cards are not moving for me either!

When are you going to get Jungle Gin working?  It's been out for 4 days now and nothing has been done.  I am cancelling my subscription.

I am trying to play and it takes me to the page to pick play human or robot screen. I click on it to play but it doesn’t take me to play. It highlights that I picked it but it doesn’t take me anywhere. This has been going on for two days now. Please help
