What is wrong with Jungle Gin? It won't load properly. When I click on 'Play Humans' it gets stuck
It's been like this for at least 3 days.

this has still not been fixed. I see all kinds of things where they say the problem is solved. I have canceled once because Jungle Gin is my favorite game so I joined again thinking it would be fixed for now but guess what it is not fixed
Jungle Gin has'nt worked in a couple of weeks really frustrating
THIS EVERYTIME I TRY TO JOIN A TABLE!!! You call that solved? We must have different definitions of the word.
This issue has NOT ben "Solved!" I have been trying to play for the last few months. Removed Pogo Games and reinstalled - still just spinning and not connecting to game. All other Pogo games work fine. Please fix or refund my subscription fee.
The issue in jungle gin has been going on for months now. We pay to play pogo and I'm on a cases league and Jungle Gin is one of our most popular games to play. We have been losing members because of this issue. I seriously doubt that it takes months to figure out the issue with the game. I think we should get our yearly payments returned to us since a lot of the games don't work right.
It has been over a month since I have been able to play Jungle Gin. I have contacted Pogo several times about this. It has not been resolved.

Have to reconnect to Jungle Jin multiple times before I can get a game (only maybe)
tonight the game just quit,,,not my computer, not power lost
Also, I do not mind losing but to go from a high of 1300 to the 1000's seems ridiculous! Tonight I was winning for the first time in days and the stupid game quit and would not connect!
And I am paying for this aggravation!
Like the others have said we pay for subscriptions to play these games but cannot play due to technical issues. Please, please fix Jungle Gin.
It is still like this as of today 12/5/2025.
Gin has not been loading oroperly for a month now. How long does it take to fix?
