I am having the same issue.  Please fix the program.

This problem with Classic Gin is beyond ridiculous. It takes as long as a minute just to get to the second download, then when  you finally get to the game you're lucky if it moves. I have been waiting almost two weeks just to complete one badge because it keeps doing this.......please fix it.

I have reported it and the reports are gone. Other people are saying the same thing,.So annoying.

This is the third day now the game won't load. When it does, it shows the same game players all night and when you click to play them, it says no  longer available. The few games I got in, my flip card froze and timer ran out. So tired of this game messing up. Also Spades is still, as always, hard to load. It buffers a while.
I have downloaded Pogo app and not a single difference. That app didn't help one bit. Still the games are are so slow or won't open. Even the spinner on WHeel of fortune was sticking. SMH 

Same here; it's impossible to get a game to open and then the freezing. I hope your report helps because getting as far as you did is impossible for me. I did see that EA has no official reports on this, in spite of numerous complaints.  Thanks for reporting.
