Level 975 Mahjong Sanctuary TECHNICAL ISSUE

This is a technical issue that needs to be fixed. I end up with 2-4 unmatchable tiles and can't finish. I've tried multiple times, different browsers and still can't do it.

My wife was able and came down to ONE unmatchable tile and dropped it to a space, and the game completed.

One note: she didn't use any powerups and I had to (extra slot and a shuffle) just to get to the end of the game, but it's still uncompleted for ME , but worked for HER .

Then at the end I try to use a Joker and it won't let me select those tiles. I just can't get rid of them at all. (see screen shots)

I'm stuck. What's up pogo? Please fix level 975.

With these last two tiles there's no matches and right here you can see I've tried activating a Joker, but it greys out the two tiles and I can't get rid of them by any means.

These are the last two...  in some games it's 3 or 4 tiles left that I can't match.    This is a technical issue with the game that is repeatable which should raise a red flag.

    I'm having the same issue...  I have used Booseters & powerups trying to complete level 975...  sometimes I get unmatchable tiles or I have cleared all of the tiles but the level does not acknowledge that I have completed that level...  Today's (Nov. 14th) daily challenge is for Mahjong Sanctuary (Match 20 Flower tiles) I was able to play the daily Board #7, but cannot get past level 975... This issue was reported in August... It is Mid November and is still an issue, When will this issue be fixed?  AND we should get credit for the Boosters & Powerups we used in vain!!

    @imtigger_2 I saw a solution from a moderator on Pogo, tried it and it worked. The same numbers were left at the end each time, so remember what they are, play again, and save tiles to match them until the end of the game. Worked for me, good luck.

    OMG... the O.P. posted this in August... and I am having the same problem in November?

    I hope someone notices this thread and fixes this issue.  Very frustrating. Cannot finish any challenges that involve Mahjong Sanctuary.

    Trying to complete the Just For Fun Thanksgiving Challenge and cannot move on until this challenge is finished.  Doesn't seem likely that I'll be able to complete it.

    December 1st and the issue remains. However, I saw a post above that said if left with one tile only - which has happened to me several times - just put it in the tray and you'll get the win. And I did. So at least that's over with. Good luck, all! I hope this eventually gets fixed.
