Loss of progress in Peggle Blast

A couple of days ago all my progress in Peggle Blast completely disappeared.  I had finished all levels several weeks ago and was just trying to earn more stars.  When I went on to try and do the Special Event all of my progress was gone.  I tried everything - logging in and out, changing Browsers, etc. and no luck.  I had to redo up to level 15 to do the event and have since just been playing to try to finish them all again.  This is not an easy task!!!  I spoke to EA help and they think it might be an "In-game Bug" and said to post here because there is nothing they can do on their end.
