I have been trying to load this game for over 2 days, patiently waiting for you to fix whatever is wrong with it. I have tried to find a link to contact support to help me fix the issue in the event that the problem is with my PC. Unfortunately, EA no longer provides a link to request help. Are they planning to dump Pogo? In the meantime, I'd appreciate having help determining why I can't load the game.
I've been having the same issue. It just shows a white screen and does not load. Been trying for days also. Have they replied to you at all about how to fix it? Thank you.

Once you sign in, you can review your account, troubleshooting and a variety of commonly asked questions. If you would like to create a case you can select EA Account support and scroll to the bottom until you see Contact Us. Fill out the forum and submit it.
Why wont your game load? There could be many reasons depending on the device you are using. The game itself is not down and I have not seen any current service postings from the team at this time. Therefore you would need to go through troubleshooting steps to determine the issue.

Update your browser: Make sure you're using the latest version - as of August 2025 there have been updates to most browsers in the last 30 days (normally there is one every 4-6 weeks). Pogo is a browser based gaming site.
Device Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or not load properly. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.
High CPU or RAM Usage: To ensure optimal system performance, close any non-essential applications running in the background, they may consume significant CPU or memory resources. When gaming, try to keep only the Pogo website open to maximize efficiency and minimize potential slowdowns.
Ensure JavaScript Is Enabled depending on the browser you are using.

It has had issues all week. It is not loading on most days and when it does, it does not give enough time for matches. I have tried different browsers and the usual fixes, but nothing works.
There is a link to talk to live chat but they keep telling me with my issues there is no immediate fix. The issue I have is the merging. And the second part of merge academy I cannot win it. There is not enough life.
