lost all my progress since 2009 because of a hacking issue

I had to update all my passwords on all my sites and billing sites because of a hacking issue. Everything went ok with every other site except pogo. All my badges, over 2700 of them, all my gems from a recent renewal, all my friends and messages. I chatted with someone on 2/18/2025 and was unhappy with tghe lack of concern and ability to help. It just seems to me that there is a solution to my issue. when going to the POGO website it allows me in and says I'm a registered member but my mini is different and all other info is blank. Any help for a long time POGO member?

    I am so sorry to hear you've had this experience. Having your account hacked and running into issues because of it is never a good thing.

    Sadly as this is an account issue it really does need to go through our live support at EA Help

    I know you've reached out already, but I'd ask that you reach out once more, expain the issue and they should be able to sort this out for you.
