Lucky Cat Bingo did not award Event prizes
Game Event showed I was in First place. I clicked on claim prizes but did not receive the Valentine Cats. How do I contact EA techs to let them know? Has anyone contacted them about this issues?

I just completed the St. Patrick's Day event and came in 1st place for the overall event. The screen displayed that I won both cats as well as the tokens however I cannot find my two special event cats ANYWHERE. How/when do I get them???
