lucky cat bingo not adding up tokens

I am having the same problem.  It isn't recognizing any bingos I get.

MY LUCKY CAT BINGO IS NOT WORKING. IF I HIT ON A COIN IT DOESN'T REGISTER AND NEITHER DO THE BINGOS. I KEEP GOING OUT AND COMING BACK BUT IF I PLAY AWHILE IT STARTS UP AGAIN.. .  ALSO FIX THE LUCKY CAT BINGO SO IT WORKS ALL THE TIME.

Hello! When you express "it isn't recognizing any bingos I get" - is the word Bingo missing from the card or coins not being issued?

Please also notice that some cards require a specific pattern for a Bingo to count and the word Bingo to appear.

i have started to have this problem with the B numbers bingo challenge.  I get the bingo, it rings up, but I get no credit toward the badge.  I am getting tired of Pogo games not working correctly.  I have 1 new PC and one 3 years old...everything is updated and cache is cleared, etc., etc., etc.

Hello, the B numbers may not count because they are not part of the Bingo design. Different Bingo cards have different patterns that equate to a true Bingo. To earn the badge there is only one board we can play.

The free (or paid) Single Line Random Card - try repeatedly to get a bingo that only has a vertical line in the B column.

With the word "only" I do not believe you can have other Bingos - only fill in the B's

Also, if you are playing one of the many free badges they gave us for this game, make sure to avoid the cards with the Crown on them, these are strictly for the Lucky Cat Bingo Event. The first two boards with crowns on them will not count towards progress for the badges.

Hello! I noticed while playing the game today that the first two cards featuring a crown did not count towards the progression for Lucky Cat Bingo Badges.

The cards adorned with a crown are designated for the Lucky Cat Bingo Event. Try the other boards that do not feature a crown.

None of mine are coming up, and I click absolutely everywhere in the area that the bingo banner should be. So frustrating. Guess I won’t get this challenge.

Please make sure to look in the top right corner once you start the game, there are different designs that equate to a bingo depending on the card.

Thanks, I’ll try, but I’m playing the free version and I thought they were only single line. I appreciate the response
