Hey everyone!

We understand that some of you are experiencing loading issues and cards not appearing if the game loads up. Please know that our team is actively investigating this issue. We truly appreciate your patience, and we'll share any updates with you as soon as we have them. Thank you for your understanding.

Some players are currently experiencing issues with cards not appearing in both the Coin Cards and Free Cards sections, while others are able to play without interruption. I know how frustrating this can be and please be assured this situation is being heavily monitored.

For now, please test the Free Coin Cards first before attempting the Coin Cards during this time.

If you notice a game announcement or experience unusual behavior while playing, it's a good idea to log out, check for system updates, and clear your browser’s cache and cookies (there are multiple ways to do this) to ensure smooth gameplay and updates have taken effect. These quick steps often resolve issues and help keep your device running optimally. Please also see my other posting in this thread.
