Mahjong Garden HD - Tiles unable to match

Tiles unable to match and tiles that match but won't clear from the board.  These are continuously repetitive problems with Mahjong Garden  every time I try to play the game and they haven't been resolved by ea and either they don't read the complaints or they don't care.  I think its probably the latter.  Do you read the comments ea?  The complaints are the same and have been for what..over a year maybe?  For a long time, I didn't renew my subscription because of the changes that took place a year or so ago but then missed playing Mahjong Garden and Mahjong Safari.  I don't have the issues with Safari but the problems with Garden are the same "old" problems that many are complaining about.  If this is the case and ea doesn't intend to fix them, I will not renew when my subscription is up and this time, it'll be for good.

I will not be renewing my membership either.  I have reported the bug with tiles not leaving cell after making a match and no response from EA or fix and it has been months.  This used to be the best game site on the web and it has sure deteriorated.  So sad.

I have had the same problem. So the last time it happened, I pushed undo until the board was cleared and the tile was still on my board without a matching piece available. It was a piece like a dice so it couldn't have a generic like the seasons or flowers. So do you have an answer to this problem?

I have had this happen when 2 tiles are the same at the end but wont say it is a match. It wont let me progress.
